Filter Bag Product Introduction (II)

II. Medium Temperature Filtration Material Series:

  1. Acrylic (AC Homopolymer Acrylonitrile)

Acrylic is an excellent medium-temperature fiber resistant to acids and alkalis, particularly suitable for harsh industrial conditions. It has better corrosion resistance and aging resistance compared to polyester fibers. Applications: Suitable for environments with a working temperature below 125°C, momentary temperature of 140°C, relative humidity of 35-80% in dusty gases, and high acidity and alkalinity.

Widely used in smoke purification and material recovery in various industries such as metallurgy, building materials, smelting, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and food. It is currently the ideal new type of acid-alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant medium-temperature filtration material.

  2. Polyester Composite Product

Different from standard polyester products, the base fabric uses 300~450 g/m2 high-temperature reinforced support ribs, providing high-temperature resistance and stability. Applications: Can be used for extended periods below 150°C and widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, smelting, steel, casting, cement, quarrying, and chemicals.

III. High Temperature Filtration Material Series:

  1. PTFE Product

PTFE needle felt is a newly developed high-temperature filtration material with superior performance. It is made from 100% 3D-5D PTFE crimped fibers, forming a dense needle-punched felt with a three-dimensional microporous structure through a series of non-woven processes. It undergoes high-temperature setting, singeing, calendering, and coating treatment. It operates in an environment with a temperature of 250°C and can withstand momentary temperatures of up to 300°C. It is completely resistant to acids, alkalis, and oxidation. Applications: Dust removal in complex conditions with wet, acidic, alkaline, and oxidizing gas, such as in corrosion and high-temperature industries like power plants, waste incineration plants, steel plants, asphalt plants, and cement plants.

  2. PPS Product

PPS fibers are mainly produced by Japan Toray and Toyo Spinning. They have excellent acid and alkali resistance, a temperature resistance range of 160-190°C, almost resisting all acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. They can be used long-term at 160°C and exhibit good hydrolysis resistance. Even under prolonged, high-temperature (160°C), and high humidity (79%) conditions for 500 hours, their strength does not decrease, making them suitable for applications in industries such as power plants, waste incineration furnaces, medical waste disposal, and smelting.

  3. Polyimide Product

P84 polyimide fibers are mainly produced by Austria's INSPEC. They have excellent temperature resistance (240-260°C), good chemical resistance, and significant advantages in filtering acidic waste gases and alkaline dust. Its unique three-leaf cross-section ensures extremely low emission requirements (as low as 10 mg/m³). Applications: Widely used in industries such as asphalt plants, cement kiln tails, waste incinerators, fluidized bed boilers, coal-fired boilers, and the chemical industry.

  4. Aramid Product

This product's domestic fiber is mature and industrialized. Imported fibers are mainly provided by DuPont from the United States and Teijin from Japan. It has good temperature resistance (220-240°C), strong acid and alkali resistance, and, with the use of PTFE fabric as a reinforcement base fabric, ensures long-term use of aramid filtration material under conditions not exceeding 204°C and withstands momentary temperatures of around 250°C. Applications: Asphalt mixing, purification of high-temperature smoke in the iron and steel industry, such as lime kilns, blast furnace gases, electric furnaces, converters, and other high-temperature gas purification scenarios.

  5. Glass Fiber Composite Product

This product is made by needle punching two or more high-temperature resistant fibers in a layered and progressive manner, exhibiting good acid and alkali resistance. Compared to glass fiber filter materials, glass fiber composites show significant improvements in wear resistance, flexural resistance, and peel strength. The filtration speed can reach above 1.0 m/min, and the operating resistance is low. Glass fiber composites are widely used in steel, non-ferrous smelting, chemical, carbon black, building materials, and power industries.

  6. Glass Fiber Product

Glass fiber high-temperature needle-punched composite filter felt is mainly composed of ultra-fine glass fibers and a certain proportion of high-temperature chemical fibers. It has characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, flexibility, high strength, and high peel strength. Depending on the temperature of the chemical fiber used in the composite felt, the operating temperature ranges from 180°C to 260°C. The product can be divided into glass fiber + polyimide, glass fiber + aramid, glass fiber + PPS, and glass fiber + PTFE. Applications: Suitable for high-temperature gas filtration in industries such as steel, metallurgy, chemical, coal-fired boilers, incinerators, refractories to cement, and industrial dust removal with pulse cleaning and high-speed reverse blowing air for efficient control of dust pollution and recovery of valuable fine particles.
