Structural Features:

The mechanical seal structure is a sliding type, single-end containerized seal with a compressed disc drive.

This design avoids the influence of axial adjustment of the pump during installation on the compression of the mechanical seal.

The sealing chamber and the rear guard plate space should be kept as open as possible to avoid slurry accumulation around the sealing surface, which could lead to mechanical seal failure.

Connect the flushing hole directly above to periodically flush the mechanical seal with tap water, flushing away potential leaks until clean.

Usage Instructions:

1. During installation, apply lubricating oil to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and the O-ring seal for smooth installation.
2. Once the installation of the mechanical seal is confirmed to be correct, remove the internal hexagon socket head screw and positioning block before starting the machine.
3. Ordinary tap water can be used for flushing. Flushing for approximately 30 minutes should be sufficient, and the water should be clear after flushing.
