Structural Features:

1. The mechanical seal structure adopts external cooling, single-end, containerized design, with either a locking disc-driven or fixed screw-driven mechanism.
2. The friction pair of the mechanical seal utilizes a hard-to-hard configuration, ensuring excellent wear resistance.
3. The flushing water does not enter the medium flow, ensuring no impact on the process flow.

Usage Instructions:

1. During installation, apply lubricating oil to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and the O-ring seal for smooth installation.
2. Once the installation of the mechanical seal is confirmed to be correct, remove the internal hexagon socket head screw and positioning block before starting the machine.
3. Ordinary tap water can be used for flushing, with pressure controlled below 0.05MPa. Normal flow is generally sufficient, and the water should enter from the top and exit from the bottom for optimal performance.
