Applicable Range:
Media: Coal slurry, ore slurry, sewage, etc.;
Concentration: ≤40%;
Pressure: <1.5MPa;
Temperature: <120°C;
Linear speed <10m/s;
Structural Features:
The structure of the mechanical seal is a double-faced containerized seal with an internal sleeve, avoiding the impact of axial adjustment of the pump during installation on the compression of the mechanical seal.
The sealing cavity and the rear guard plate space are kept as open as possible to avoid slurry accumulation around the sealing surface, leading to the failure of the mechanical seal.
Flushing water does not enter the medium flow process, and it does not affect the process flow.
For specific material selection, please consult Beta Prime Industry
.
Instructions for Use:
During installation, lubricating oil should be applied to the inner hole of the sleeve and the O-ring for ease of installation.
Flushing water can be ordinary tap water or equipped with a cooling water tank. The pressure should be controlled below 0.05MPa. Its function is to cool down and take away possible leaks, and the two flushing holes are distributed at 120°.
After confirming that the mechanical seal is installed correctly, the screws and positioning blocks must be removed before starting.
Before starting the pump, open the flushing water 5 minutes in advance, and close the flushing water after stopping the pump for 5 minutes.
