Structural Features:

  1. The mechanical seal structure is a sliding type, single-end containerized seal with a compressed disc drive, an internal shaft sleeve, and internal flushing, avoiding the influence of axial adjustment of the pump on the compression of the mechanical seal during installation.
  2. Keep the sealing chamber and rear guard plate space as open as possible to prevent slurry accumulation around the sealing surface, which could lead to mechanical seal failure.
  3. External flushing water with pressure can be used to flush the slurry near the sealing surface of the mechanical seal. The flushing water will enter the medium.

Usage Instructions:

  1. During installation, apply lubricating oil to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and the O-ring seal (ethyl propylene rubber should not be coated with petroleum-based lubricants) for smooth installation.
  2. Once the installation of the mechanical seal is confirmed to be correct, remove the internal hexagon socket head screw (part 1) and the positioning block (part 2) before starting the machine.
  3. The flushing water pressure should be higher than the medium pressure by 0.1-0.2MPa.
  4. Before starting the pump, open the flushing water five minutes in advance, and close the flushing water after stopping the pump for five minutes.
