Scope of Application:

Medium: Pulp, power plant ash slurry, tailings, external coal slurry, blast furnace slag flushing liquid, etc.
Concentration: ≤40%;
Pressure: < 4 MPa;
Temperature: <80 °C;
Linear Speed: <10m/s;
Shaft Diameter: Φ25-Φ150mm;

Structural Features:

The adapted sleeve is clamped and fixed on the shaft, a type of single-end containerized mechanical seal, avoiding interference during installation.
The sealing water enters the pump and is transported through the impeller together with the medium.
The friction pair of the mechanical seal uses hard-to-hard materials, with excellent wear resistance.

Instructions for Use:

During installation, lubricate the inner hole of the sleeve and the O-ring with oil for smooth installation.
After confirming that the mechanical seal is installed correctly, remove the rubber O-ring and semi-circlip before starting the pump.
Special Note: The pressure of the sealing water should be higher than the pressure in the pump cavity by about 0.1-0.2MPa. During operation, the sealing water should be opened for a full 5 minutes before starting the pump. When shutting down, stop the pump first and then turn off the sealing water.
