Scope of Application:

Medium: Brine, gypsum slurry, pulp, sewage, etc.
Concentration: ≤25%;
Pressure: <1.5MPa;
Temperature: <80°C;
Linear Speed: <10m/s;
Shaft Diameter: Φ25- Φ100mm;

Structural Features:

The adapted sleeve is clamped and fixed on the shaft, a type of single-end containerized mechanical seal, avoiding interference during installation.
The mechanical seal has a large spring, free rotation, and strong anti-blocking capability. The friction pair of the mechanical seal uses hard-to-hard materials, with excellent wear resistance.
The mechanical seal is specifically designed for vertical submersible desulfurization pumps. It can be equipped with a leak alarm and automatic shutdown protection device. The unique structure ensures reliable sealing performance.
For specific material selection, please consult Beta Prime Industry.

Instructions for Use:

During installation, lubricate the inner hole of the sleeve and O-ring with oil for smooth installation.
After confirming that the mechanical seal is installed correctly, remove the internal hexagon cylinder head screws and positioning blocks before starting the pump.
The seal cavity and rear guard plate should be as open as possible, and the sealing surface should be as close to the impeller as possible to avoid slurry accumulation around the sealing surface, leading to seal failure.
Special Note: This mechanical seal has neither external cooling water nor internal flushing liquid. It relies entirely on slurry lubrication for the sealing surface. Therefore, the seal cavity must not experience emptying or lack of slurry during pump operation (no dry running is allowed).
