Application Range:
Media: Gypsum slurry, alumina slurry, coal washing slurry, tailings slurry, pumps for heating equipment, etc.
Pressure: <0.9 MPa;
Temperature: <120°C;
Linear Velocity: <10 m/s;
Shaft Diameter: Φ60-Φ120mm;

Structural Features:
The mechanical seal structure is a double-end face, low-resistance water-sealed type with steps on the shaft sleeve. The axial dimensions of the seal should be strictly controlled during pump chamber installation.
A pressure gauge should be installed on the sealing device to easily measure the water-sealing water pressure, avoiding premature failure of the mechanical seal due to insufficient water-sealing water.
Water-sealing water can be recycled and does not enter the medium flow, without affecting the technological process.
For specific material selection, please consult Beta Prime Industry.

Instructions for Use:
During installation, lubricating oil (ethyl propylene rubber cannot be coated with petroleum-based lubricating oil) should be applied to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and the O-ring to facilitate installation.
One end with a pressure gauge is connected to the water-sealing water outlet through a tee, and the other end is connected to the water-sealing water inlet through a valve.
The water-sealing water pressure is around 0.3 MPa.
Before starting the pump, open the water-sealing water 5 minutes in advance, and the water-sealing water can be closed 5 minutes after stopping the pump.
The water-sealing water pressure must be maintained stable and continuous during pump operation.
