Structural Features:
This structure adopts external cooling, single-end, containerized design with sleeve clamping.
Rinse water does not enter the pump, avoiding impact on the process medium.
The friction pair of the mechanical seal uses hard-to-hard materials, with excellent wear resistance.

Instructions for Use:
During installation, lubricate the inner hole of the sleeve and O-ring with oil (ethyl propylene rubber should not be coated with petroleum-based lubricants) for smooth installation.
After confirming that the mechanical seal is installed correctly, remove the internal hexagon cylinder head screws and positioning blocks before starting the pump.
External rinse water can use ordinary tap water, and the pressure should be controlled below 0.05MPa. In general, achieving flow is sufficient. Its purpose is to cool down and carry away potential leaks, and it is preferable to enter from above and exit from below.
